Job Description
General Construction Laborer Overview We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as General Construction Laborers. This role supports hands-on building projects including wood framing, deck construction, and garage builds. Ideal candidates will bring a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Prior experience in residential framing or carpentry is preferred. A valid driver's license and comfort with hand and power tools are required. Key Duties Assist with framing, decking, and general construction tasks Load, move, and organize building materials on-site Maintain a clean and safe work area Work closely with crew members to meet project timelines Lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly Arrive reliably to job sites with dependable transportation Requirements Proficient in safe use of hand and power tools Physically able to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality craftsmanship Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
