Summary We are seeking a Laborer to join our team at Heritage Restoration Inc. This role is essential in delivering high-quality restoration services by assisting with various labor tasks.

Responsibilities Mitigation & Cleanup:

Remove standing water, clean soot or smoke residue, and clear out debris.

Demolition:

Tear out damaged materials like carpets, padding, drywall, and baseboards.

Equipment Operation:

Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers.

Site Preparation:

Pack out contents of a home, clean salvageable items, and prep areas for rebuilding.

Safety Compliance:

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) like respirators and follow biohazard or environmental rules.

Requirements Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift up to 50-70 pounds, stand for long periods, crawl, and squat.

Education:

A high school diploma or GED.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work on-call or irregular hours for emergency response.

Screening:
