The Plant is 360,000 square feet and employs approximately 180 people. CBC manufactures custom boxes and sheets for customers located in the Western United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. Customer industries include fresh produce, processed foods, meat, fish, beverage, and industrial packaging. We have an opportunity to add a Clean Up Laborer to our Swing Shift team. Starting pay for this position is $29.05/hour, which includes a $0.65 swing shift differential. A pay increase to $30.30 per hour will occur on 11/01/26 (this is an accross the board annual increase for all production employees and also includes a swing shift differential of $0.65/hr). Additionally, there will be a pay increase of $1/hr at 4 months along with a hiring bonus equivalent to $1 per hour worked in the first 120 days. Additional step increases at 9 and 18 months, as well as annual increases based on the CBA. Hiring Bonus and potential for annual Profit Sharing Bonus. Safety Focused Company. This position will primarily work Swing Shift, M-F, 3pm-11:30pm, however flexiblity is required as Clean Up position may sometimes be required to assist production. Clean up

Laborer Responsibilities:

Performs regular machine clean ups and minor maintenance. Ensures work areas are clean and organized. Follow all plant rules and policies, while focusing on safety. Assist teams in operating box machines if needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior manufactuing or warehourse experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently. Self motivated to complete tasks.
• Ability to read a tape measure and process basic math. (Test given at interview)
• Has mechanical aptitude.
• Able to lift 70-80 lbs and stand for 8-10 hours, as well as bend, stoop, twist, work under/around machinery.
• Able to withstand dusty and noisy conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
