Job Description

Graveyard Shift Compensation:
Starting pay: $25.61 Upon successful completion of training, pay increases to $27.67 $2.00 shift differential for hours worked on swing shift
Job Overview:
We're seeking self-motivated, safety-minded individuals who are ready to work hard, learn quickly, and actively contribute to a hands-on team environment.
Responsibilities:
Clean areas around log processing equipment during both operational and non-operational periods. Remove excess materials such as bark, wood chips, and broken logs using shovels, rakes, and by stacking. Operate forklifts and skid steer equipment as required. Work primarily outdoors in all weather conditions. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain excellent attendance. Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly Excellent attendance and punctuality is required. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
