Full Job Description Underground Telecom Laborer w/CDL Holtger Bros., Inc. | Utility Construction Holtger Bros., Inc. is hiring Underground Telecom Laborers with CDL's! Are you looking for a career — not just a job — with a company that values hands-on learning, teamwork, and growth?

Key Responsibilities:

Dig trenches and locate existing utilities Handle and install cable, including spooling and feeding Shovel dirt/gravel and compact trench lines Load, unload, and set up tools, materials, and safety signs Perform site cleanup and restoration Maintain equipment and vehicles daily Follow directions from foremen and operators Train on equipment use and utility print reading

What You Need:

Age 18+ with a valid driver's license (CDL preferred or willing to obtain) Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb, and work outdoors Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including responding to emergencies Strong work ethic and willingness to learn At least 2 years of experience in underground utilities
