Work with the location manager to operate and maintain equipment Perform all tasks with outstanding customer service Follow all federal, state, and OSHA, cooperative policies and procedures Responsibilities of the

Operate grain plant equipment and system in accordance to standard operating procedures and current good manufacturing practices Perform preventative maintenance on equipment Assist other divisions with tasks as needed Perform routine housekeeping Comply with all company policies Comply with all local, state and federal laws and regulations Load and unload grain trucks Scale trucks in and out Operate grain dryer efficiently All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Be 18 years of age or older Have good verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift over 50 pounds, bend, stand for long periods of time, and have good finger dexterity
