Monday-Friday - 8 to 10 hour shifts with overtime as needed. Start and end times will be based on the weather, day time hours. Please note that these times will vary based on harvest needs.

Pay:

$20/hour - Overtime Exempt Position (Agricultural Exemption)

Harvest Laborers:

Working in water that will be 18 inches deep, hip waders are supplied, must have own additional warm/waterproof clothes, or rain gear. Will be hands on pulling drainpipe and tubs of fruit. Driving tractors, mowers, dump trucks as needed to move the equipment around. We work in all-weather conditions, except for lightning. Mowing, trimming, weeding. Laying and moving irrigation pipe. Cranberry Harvest includes corralling the berries, helping to load cranberries into trucks, cleaning up harvest debris, and moving irrigation systems out of the way of harvest equipment. Loading filled bins of cranberries into semi-trailers, forklift experienced required Monitoring automated scales and hoppers Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned.

Job requirements:

Be able to stand for 8-10 Comfortably able to bend, twist, and kneel Lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis Ability to use both hands Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Valid Driver's License as small equipment will be driven on site How to
