In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and services, ensuring that all supply chain processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize inventory levels, maintain quality standards, and support the overall operational goals of the organization. Responsibilities Oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and supplies. Manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy and prevent shortages. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with quality standards. Implement and monitor supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of physiology to ensure proper handling of medical supplies. Ensure adherence to sterile processing protocols and aseptic techniques in all relevant operations. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast needs, and make informed decisions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and resolve any supply chain issues. Skills Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology principles. Proficiency in sterile processing techniques and aseptic practices. Excellent inventory management skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to work collaboratively with suppliers and internal teams.
