Responsibilities:

Coordinate on-site dispatching operations, track truck arrival and loading/unloading order, and ensure shipments are executed as planned. Assist in preparing bills of lading (BOL) and other shipping documents; maintain accurate data in the system. Support inbound and outbound operations, and coordinate shipping/receiving information among warehouse, production, and logistics teams. Handle on-site irregularities and emergency situations to ensure smooth receiving and shipping processes. Support receiving and shipping tasks during weekends or peak periods as needed. Manage factory idle / non-moving inventory.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. At least one year of experience in logistics or warehouse operations. Ability to effectively coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments; strong execution skills and sense of responsibility. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs; capable of resolving on-site anomalies and unexpected issues promptly. Bilingual in English and Chinese.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
