POSITION SUMMARY

The Materials Management Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining correct storeroom and warehouse inventory by investigating and verifying inventory accuracy to assure proper stock level on shelves. Assists nursing managers/supervisors with supply locations to include adding/deleting supply items, adding/deleting users, user training as needed. Inventory Specialists also perform regular audits of supply locations and inventory.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum Experience 2 years experience with medical and non-medical supplies Required Registration/License/Certification MVR - deliver to offsite locations as needed Preferred Education Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred Experience N/A Preferred Registration/License/Certification N/A Other Requirements N/A
