Title:
Senior Logistics Management Specialist Job Summary KBR is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support the Aviation Rockets and Small Guided Munitions (ARSGM) Product Office in Huntsville, Alabama. This position provides integrated product support across a diverse portfolio that includes Hydra-70 guided and unguided rocket systems, lightweight rocket launcher systems, and emerging Long Range Precision Munition (LRPM) Launched Effects capabilities. The selected candidate will support programs spanning full rate production, rapid prototyping, rapid fielding, and sustainment efforts throughout the acquisition lifecycle. This role requires close collaboration with government personnel and cross-functional teams to develop logistics strategies, sustainment documentation, and materiel release products that enable operational readiness. Success in this position requires disciplined execution, strong coordination across stakeholder groups, and thorough knowledge of Army acquisition and logistics processes. Roles and Responsibilities Provide integrated product support and life cycle logistics support for ARSGM programs across development, production, fielding, and sustainment phases. Develop, update, and maintain Lifecycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), tailored LCSPs, and supporting logistics documentation required for program execution. Support Materiel Release planning, coordination, and documentation activities in accordance with Army acquisition policies and procedures. Perform and coordinate logistics analyses, including Core Logistics Assessments, Core Depot Assessments, and Level of Repair Analyses (LORA). Utilize Army and Department of War acquisition and sustainment systems, including WAWF, cProbe/cQuip, AESIP, DAVE, CCaR, and Vantage/ASA ALT Live, to support program logistics requirements. Coordinate with training, fielding, fires, maneuver, depot, quality assurance, engineering, and business management teams to ensure integrated lifecycle support execution. Support logistics planning and sustainment efforts for Hydra-70 rocket systems, lightweight launchers, and LRPM Launched Effects capabilities. Prepare logistics products, briefings, reports, and acquisition documentation for government leadership and stakeholder reviews. Support configuration management, provisioning, technical data reviews, and sustainment planning activities associated with fielded and developmental systems. Other duties as assigned in support of mission and business requirements. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Active Secret Clearance ​ Experience supporting Army acquisition programs across one or more acquisition lifecycle phases. Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Army acquisition, logistics, sustainment, or program management activities. Experience with Army logistics and acquisition systems including WAWF, AESIP, cProbe/cQuip, DAVE, CCaR, or Vantage. Experience developing logistics documentation such as Lifecycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), Core Logistics Assessments, Core Depot Assessments, or Level of Repair Analyses (LORA). Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Army aviation, missile, munitions, launcher, or precision fires programs. Experience supporting
ACAT I, ACAT
III, or Middle Tier of Acquisition programs. Experience supporting Materiel Release planning and execution activities. Previous experience supporting an Army Program Executive Office (PEO), Product Manager (PdM), or Product Office.
