Job Summary McKee Foods is seeking a Parts Clerk to join our Transportation team. Performs clerical duties in support of truck garage warranty claims and parts inventory Accurately maintains the bulk fuel inventory system Files and documents all warranty claims Ensures supplies of bulk oil, windshield cleaner, diesel exhaust fluid, (DEF), chassis lube, gear lube, and antifreeze are maintained Verifies weekly tire inventory, and orders tires as needed on a weekly basis Contacts vendors to determine part information, price and availability Tracks delivery information for ordered parts Checks in delivered parts and bins them as needed Tracks warranty parts, time held and returns to vendor or scraps as needed Demonstrates workplace behavior that is consistent with company policies and values Other duties as assigned by supervision Required Qualifications One year parts clerk experience Valid driver's license Self-motivated and customer service oriented Knowledgeable in using Windows, Word, and basic spreadsheet software Good oral and written communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to lift 50 lbs.
