Job Description

Our client in the Avondale, AZ area is currently seeking a Logistics Routing Coordinator to support their wholesale routing operations . In this role, you will interpret and apply customer-specific vendor routing guidelines to ensure orders are routed accurately and shipped on time. Key responsibilities include managing office supplies, snacks, beverages, and janitorial inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
The Day-to-Day:
Create and submit Purchase Orders (POs) for office and operational supplies. Coordinate with the Procurement team and track deliveries to ensure timely replenishment. Organize internal meetings, training sessions, team-building activities, and other internal events. Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and the Operations Leadership Team. Schedule meetings and prepare meeting materials, reports, and operational dashboards. Maintain organized records, files, and operational documentation. Assist with onboarding logistics and employee communications as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate/Shifts:
$19.50 /hr Monday to Friday (Must be available weekends) 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Subject to change)
