Position Summary Supports purchasing, inventory, and warehouse operations across Sun Life Health. Responsible for purchase orders, vendor communication, inventory control, receiving, and distribution of supplies. Essential Functions Create and track purchase orders Request quotes and communicate with vendors Monitor inventory and stock levels Receive and distribute supplies and equipment Maintain accurate inventory records Perform inventory counts and audits Resolve order, shipping, and invoice discrepancies Maintain an organized and safe warehouse Coordinate supply needs and deliveries across locations Qualifications Purchasing, supply chain, or inventory control experience preferred Purchase order and ERP system experience preferred Strong organization and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office High school diploma or equivalent Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean driving record Must meet fingerprinting requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Travel between locations may be required Sun Life Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
