Our client, a leading supplier to the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, life sciences, and medical device industries, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join their team. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be part of the Supply Chain team supporting purchasing, logistics, and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset that will align successfully within the organization.

• Process and expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from suppliers through final delivery.
• Manage import/export documentation, customs requirements, and shipping compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delivery delays, customs issues, and logistics challenges. What's Needed?
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience managing domestic and international shipments.
• Knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations, customs requirements, and Incoterms.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or ERP experience preferred. What's in it for me?
