As we continue to expand operations at our Glendale, Arizona manufacturing facility, we are seeking a highly organized Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to support our transportation, shipping, and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience preparing Bills of Lading (BOLs), coordinating freight shipments, maintaining shipping records, and supporting logistics operations in a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or transportation environment. Experience with NetSuite ERP is highly preferred. Key Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates should have: Experience preparing and processing Bills of Lading (BOLs) Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment Experience coordinating inbound and outbound shipments Strong Microsoft Excel skills Experience maintaining shipping and logistics documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Position Summary The Shipping & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily shipping and logistics operations by preparing freight documentation, processing orders, coordinating with carriers, maintaining accurate shipping records, and ensuring timely movement of products throughout the supply chain. This position works closely with warehouse operations, transportation providers, customer service teams, and internal departments to ensure accurate documentation and on-time deliveries. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process Bills of Lading ( BOLs ), packing lists, shipping paperwork, and freight documentation. Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments with carriers and transportation providers. Serve as a point of contact for carriers regarding shipment scheduling, delivery appointments, and transportation issues. Enter and maintain shipment, order, inventory, and logistics data within NetSuite and other company systems. Generate and maintain operational reports, shipment trackers, and logistics records using Microsoft Excel. Verify accuracy of shipping, inventory, and order information across multiple systems. Support warehouse operations through accurate documentation and recordkeeping. Process customer orders and assist with shipment planning. Assist with invoice verification, freight-related documentation, purchase orders, and operational reporting. Maintain organized digital and physical records. Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel, customer service teams, freight carriers, and management. Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as needed. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse administration, transportation coordination, or manufacturing support. Experience preparing and processing Bills of Lading (BOLs). Experience coordinating shipments or maintaining freight documentation. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience using NetSuite ERP. Experience working directly with freight carriers and transportation providers. Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations. Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, and freight-related administrative functions. Associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. Bilingual English/Spanish.
