Job Description

Job Overview:
The Distribution Specialist is responsible for coordinating The Community Cupboard's Grocery Rescue program. This position will also be responsible for obtaining and staging purchased and donated food for The Community Cupboard's distributions.
Job Responsibilities:
60% Coordinate Grocery Rescue Pick up donated product from local grocery stores Coordinate food drive pick ups Establish and maintain relationships with grocery store managers and identify potential program expansion opportunities 40% Prepare Distributions Prepare outgoing food for satellite locations Deliver food to satellite locations Assist warehouse team with stocking as needed
Physical Requirements:
Sitting, standing, and walking in a warehouse environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Other Qualifications:
Food Handlers Card (can be obtained after hire) Driver's license and clean driving record
Pay:
$17.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 30.0 per week
