Logistics Coordinator Operation Support Inc - 5.0 Bell, CA Job Details Full-time $20 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Shipping and receiving inventory management Data entry Warehouse experience Full Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Fulfillment Coordinator to support our sales, marketing, and warehouse teams. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and shipping product sample packages, coordinating materials for events, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will contribute directly to our efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Sales Sample & Shipment Coordination:
Prepare and ship product sample packages accurately and on time; prioritize and fulfill urgent requests promptly.
Event Preparation Support:
Assist sales/marketing teams by ensuring event materials and products are properly prepared, shipped, or scheduled for pickup.
Communication:
Maintain professional and timely email communication with sales team members, clients, and internal departments.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance sample preparation and shipping processes.
Inventory Management:
Track inventory levels for products and shipping supplies; maintain organized work areas and replenish materials as needed.
Warehouse Support:
Assist warehouse teams with clerical tasks and general operational support.
Collaboration:
Work effectively across departments to support company-wide goals.
Attendance:
Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
Other Duties:
Perform additional responsibilities as needed based on business demands. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks. Ability to speak, read, and write in English with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and general computer applications. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to work independently. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong team-oriented mindset. Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when needed. Education & Experience High School diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (receiving or shipping). Minimum 2 years of data entry experience. Forklift certification is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
