Process orders in warehouse management system and/or EDI Work with design team on new packaging opportunities Manage workorders for assembly Track orders to ship Coordinate projects between different departments Determine packaging requirements for new projects Work up quotes and obtain customer's purchase orders Provide general customer service as necessary Experience with Excel a must (intermediate user) Communicate shipping requirements to transportation team Other project related assignments as required' Manufacturing /Design or distribution experience a plus; Familiarity with new item set up documentation a plus;
