Beverly Hills Dental Health & Wellness is seeking an energetic and highly organized Hygiene Coordinator to help build, maintain, and manage a strong hygiene schedule. The ideal candidate is friendly, proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced front office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Keep the hygiene schedule full and consistently booked at least two weeks in advance Contact patients who are overdue or do not have a future cleaning appointment Work recall and re-care lists daily Confirm appointments and fill last-minute openings Educate patients about recommended dental products and services Present light treatment plans for hygiene-related services, including laser treatment and recommended products Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming patient experience Follow through on assigned tasks and scheduling goals Answer Phones Schedule Appointments Respond to Patient Emails Dental front office, scheduling, treatment coordination, or hygiene coordination experience is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who is lively, dependable, professional, and confident communicating with patients. Pay:

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
