Compensation Range:

$32 - 36 per hour Cella is seeking a Streaming Media Asset Operations Coordinator to support dynamic streaming marketing production and operations on behalf of our client, a large player in the media industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly facilitate high-profile sports marketing campaigns and global promotional releases by managing end-to-end audio/visual media workflows, cloud repositories, and stakeholder distribution.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to organize, ingest, and catalog media assets within enterprise cloud storage systems. Facilitate asset distribution by submitting requests, tracking deliveries, and supplying episodic media, foreign audio files, screengrabs, and clips to internal and external creative stakeholders. Generate script summaries for original programming and third-party acquisitions. Serve as a direct liaison between creative stakeholders, production teams, external vendors, and executives. Enforce content security policies and media protocols across all stages of acquisition, storage, and asset transfer. Perform day-to-day project tracking and task management using dedicated workflows.

Qualifications:

1 to 2 years of experience in media asset operations, post-production coordination, or media management within an entertainment or agency setting. Proven experience coordinating the acquisition, processing, and delivery of AV media assets for film, television, or promotional marketing campaigns. Professional proficiency or familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) / Media Asset Management (MAM) enterprise systems and cloud repositories. Familiarity or working proficiency with Adobe Premiere or similar Non-Linear Editing (NLE) software. Demonstrated proficiency with Airtable or comparable project management tools. Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
