Required Experience:
Candidates with 1-2 years of experience would be sufficient for this role
Required Qualifications:
Prior entertainment or media or agency related experience is required
Experience coordinating the acquisition and delivery of media assets used to produce television/film promotional content.
Experience and comfort communicating directly with company Executives, production teams, external vendors, and studios.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as a post production coordinator would be ideal for this role.
Familiarity with non-linear editing systems is helpful, and footage media as this knowledge will help them in completing project tasks and collaborating.
Ability to operate with significant autonomy and discretion.
Strong follow-up skills and multi-tasking ability are crucial.
Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Excellent written, oral, and visual communication proficiencies, including the ability to draft documentation.
Required Technical Skills:
Proficiency or familiarity with Airtable and other project management systems.
Working knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) / Media Asset Management (MAM) enterprise platforms.
Proficiency or familiarity with Premiere or other NLE editing systems.
Preferred Technical Skills:
Experience utilizing media collaboration and cloud repository storage tools.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the organization and management of the combat sports media storage and distribution process.
Work autonomously once trained and will need to take initiative and be proactive in completing the project tasks.
Collaborate with team members who oversee the sports sector to organize and catalog UFC media in our cloud storage repository.
Submit requests and monitor emails for delivery of media from UFC Media Management team to ensure all marketing assets for creative stakeholders are requested in a timely manner and in correct specs.
Source, catalog and deliver episodic media to creative stakeholders both internal and external.
Generate script summaries for Original programming and third-party acquisitions.
Source foreign audio files to incorporate in the generating of dubbed episodes for International social agencies.
Generate screengrabs and clips for creative stakeholders upon request.
Ensure robust content security policies and procedures are met in all aspects of acquisition, management and distribution of assets.

This is not an editor role, a candidate who is looking to primarily edit will not be a good fit for this role.
