Job Description
Description We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator for an immediate contract opportunity. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role supporting mission-critical shipments, so reliability, accuracy, and strong follow-through are essential. Schedule + 5:00 AM-1:30 PM + Overtime availability required based on business needs + Candidates must be comfortable with the early morning schedule and flexible to work additional hours when needed. Responsibilities + Coordinate and monitor time-sensitive activities from start to completion. + Provide timely and accurate status updates to internal and external contacts. + Communicate proactively with customers, vendors, and other partners. + Identify potential issues or delays and escalate them appropriately. + Troubleshoot concerns and assist with coordinating solutions. + Maintain accurate records and document activity in internal systems. + Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion. + Work with multiple parties to keep priorities on track. + Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. + Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Requirements + Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is required. + Proficiency with Photoshop and Adobe applications is highly preferred. + Experience using Smartsheet for tracking, coordinating, and managing workflow is preferred. + Quick learner who can adapt to new processes, systems, and workflows. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. + Dependable, adaptable, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
