A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Sales Porter Carlsbad, CA 92008 Apply Overview Salary Range $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly Apply Description SUMMARY General support to the used car managers. Maintains the facility and inventory in a ready condition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Essential Duties include the following.
- Keeps used vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the used vehicle manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Cleans interior and exterior of used vehicles, including the trunk, glove compartment, tires, windows, etc. as needed.
- Assist with vehicle progression through the reconditioning process
- Picks up vehicles from and delivers vehicles to customers as directed by management.
- Starts vehicles weekly and reports any problems or concerns.
- Add fuel to vehicles as needed.
- Weekly inspection to check that required forms/stickers (buyer's guide, prop 65, etc) have been completed and are properly displayed.
- Completes all required training and maintains 100% completion
- Comply with Smoking Policy with no Qualifications

- No prior experience or training.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions.
- Ability to observe deficiencies with appearance of facility and inventory and make recommendation to supervisor.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Valid Driver's License
- Maintain driving record acceptable to dealership's insurance company.
