This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with vendors, and solving problems before they become bigger issues. You'll work closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Operations to coordinate orders, track inventory, and make sure shipments stay on schedule. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and vendorsMonitor purchase orders and shipment status from order through deliveryTrack inventory levels and communicate potential shortages to OperationsSchedule freight pickups and deliveriesMaintain accurate shipping and receiving documentationEnter and update logistics information within ERP and inventory systemsCommunicate with vendors regarding order confirmations and delaysInvestigate damaged, missing, or delayed shipmentsAssist with inventory counts and reconciliationPrepare logistics and inventory reports for managementPartner with Customer Service to resolve order and delivery issuesHelp identify opportunities to improve shipping and fulfillment processes
