Duties Safely operate cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and Hi-Lo equipment to retrieve and place inventory at various heights within the warehouse Conduct accurate order picking using barcode scanning systems for logistics efficiency Load and unload shipments while adhering to OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety protocols Manage inventory levels through proper documentation in warehouse management systems (WMS) and perform regular stock counts Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring timely dispatch of orders and receipt of incoming goods Perform routine equipment inspections, basic repairs, and maintenance to ensure optimal operation of material handling equipment Follow manual handling procedures for heavy lifting and materials transfer to prevent injuries Requirements Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, or similar material handling machinery Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management practices Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes including order picking, load & unload operations, shipping & receiving procedures Strong understanding of forklift safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and heavy equipment operation standards Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting with proper technique Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy Warehouse experience or previous roles in warehouse management or supervision are highly desirable Valid certification for forklift or lift truck operation is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided Join us in delivering excellence through efficient warehouse operations!
