We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team and drive excellence in supply chain operations. In this role, you will orchestrate the seamless movement of equipment, materials, oversee warehouse distribution activities and optimize logistics processes to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy. Your expertise in warehouse management systems, transportation planning, and data analysis will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency. Duties Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory management to ensure smooth operations. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools such as Quickbooks Enterprise to track inventory levels, process orders, and manage stock movements. Analyze data using Excel to identify trends, forecast demand, and implement process improvements that boost productivity. Oversee transportation management systems (TMS) for freight planning, routing, and scheduling to ensure efficient delivery schedules. Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement and operation management to align logistics strategies with business goals. Supervise manual handling operations and ensure compliance with safety standards during materials handling activities. Maintain accurate records of shipping & receiving logs, freight documentation, trade compliance reports, and inventory transactions. Lead process improvement initiatives utilizing category management principles to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs. Work under the direction of Operations and Purchaser/Logistics Supervisor Operations Support Assist with job costing and tracking material usage Help standardize purchasing and inventory processes Assist on communicating with internal teams to keep everyone aligned Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms like Quickbooks, transportation management systems (TMS), and inventory management software. Strong data analysis skills using Excel (including data collection, spreadsheets, data analysis), or similar tools for supply chain analytics. Knowledge of procurement practices including sourcing, vendor management, pricing strategies, and negotiation techniques. Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements effectively. Valid forklift certification preferred ( Not required but a plus ); experience with manual handling safety protocols essential. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer service orientation. Practicing in a supply chain operations role is highly desirable; familiarity with transportation planning and demand forecasting is a plus.
