Logistics & Transportation Operations Schedule and dispatch freight deliveries efficiently and cost-effectively. Monitor driver routes and adjust plans as needed to ensure on-time delivery. Communicate regularly with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support. Receive product or delivery orders and coordinate dispatch. Maintain accurate dispatch records using transportation management software. Resolve service issues and delivery delays promptly and professionally. Monitor safety programs in accordance with
FMCSA/DOT
guidelines and regulations. 2. Import & Export Operations Accurately enter shipment, inventory, and customer data into transportation management software. Manage accounts, including shipment updates, order processing, and delivery management. Prepare and maintain reports related to logistics performance and account status. Coordinate with terminals to resolve delivery issues and follow up with customers. ■ Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent personality, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with little or no supervision. Passion to learn and grow.
