Responsibilities Analyze customer drawings, blueprints, specifications, quotations, and parts lists to determine manufacturing requirements. Prepare accurate and complete Routers for production. Verify required engineering and documentation are available to manufacture parts. Work with Manufacturing as needed to determine production requirements. Recommend improvements to manufacturing processes. Cross-train and assist with other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of recent precision stamped and/or machined parts planning experience in a high-volume job shop. Experience with Metal Stamping, Waterjet Cutting, Conventional Machining, Milling, and/or Lathe is a plus. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook; planning software experience preferred. Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM . Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Skills testing may include typing, drawing interpretation, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
