This role is open to candidates across experience levels, from those with a couple years in the field to seasoned planners ready to take on more ownership. What You'll Do Plan, schedule, and track material flow to support production schedules and on-time delivery Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to resolve material shortages Generate and maintain work orders, travelers, and job packets in the ERP/MRP system Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks Track WIP (work-in-process) and flag risks to on-time delivery Support AS9100/aerospace quality and traceability requirements throughout the material lifecycle Analyze demand forecasts and adjust production plans as priorities shift What You Bring 1-7+ years of experience in production control, material planning, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment (aerospace/defense preferred) — we'll match the role level to your experience Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., Job Boss E2, Oracle, or similar) Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards and aerospace traceability requirements a plus Strong Excel skills; comfort reading BOMs, routers, and engineering drawings Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally under deadline pressure Ability to obtain/maintain required security clearance or ITAR compliance, if applicable

Pay:

$22.00 - $38.00 per hour
