Job Summary The Trade Compliance & Logistics Coordinator will provide support for daily import and export operations while assisting with key trade compliance and process improvement projects. This role will work closely with customs brokers, internal stakeholders, and logistics providers to help ensure regulatory compliance, accurate trade documentation, and timely processing of international shipments. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and has a basic understanding of global trade, customs compliance, and international logistics.
Job Responsibilities Trade Compliance & Import/Export Support Assist with processing and monitoring U.S. import shipments. Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure timely customs clearance and issue resolution. Support customs entry reviews and post-entry audit activities. Review import and export documentation for accuracy and compliance. Assist with preparation and review of commercial invoices and supporting shipping documents. Maintain records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Documentation & Compliance Administration Create, review, and update trade compliance documentation. Support internal audits of import and export transactions. Assist with tariff-related projects, including document collection, data validation, and refund/recovery initiatives. Help maintain compliance files and databases. Process Improvement & Project Support Assist with documenting Trade Compliance and Logistics processes and work instructions. Develop process maps and workflow documentation using Microsoft Visio. Support migration of customer compliance forms and requirements into a new trade compliance portal. Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardize processes, and enhance data quality. Participate in departmental projects and special assignments as needed. Data Management & Reporting Collect, organize, and analyze trade-related data. Prepare reports and track project milestones. Maintain spreadsheets and databases to support compliance activities. Ensure accuracy and completeness of trade-related records. Job Qualifications Required

- Experience with international trade, customs compliance, logistics, supply chain, or import/export operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with data, documentation, and record management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with customs brokers or international shipping documentation.
- Knowledge of commercial invoices, customs documentation, and trade regulations.
- Experience using Microsoft Visio for process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data management tools.
- Self-starter who can work independently.
