Lead SoftWash Technician We are a growing professional exterior cleaning company looking for a reliable, motivated Lead SoftWash Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can confidently lead a crew while delivering excellent results for our customers. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside a small exterior cleaning crew Perform residential and commercial soft washing and pressure washing Clean roofs, houses, driveways, patios, concrete, fences, and other exterior surfaces Safely operate soft wash and pressure washing equipment Properly mix and handle cleaning solutions according to company procedures Protect landscaping, plants, windows, vehicles, and other property Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after jobs Inspect completed work to ensure it meets our quality standards Keep equipment, vehicles, and job sites clean and organized Help train and develop newer technicians Follow all company safety procedures Represent the company professionally in the field What We're Looking For Previous pressure washing, soft washing, exterior cleaning, construction, landscaping, or similar experience preferred Leadership experience is a plus Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Positive attitude and professional appearance Good communication and customer-service skills Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Able to work on ladders and at heights when required Physically able to lift equipment and perform hands-on work throughout the day Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check and/or drug screening if required The Ideal Candidate You don't need to know everything on day one.
