In this role, you will own the full order lifecycle — from helping customers place orders through our portal to ensuring accurate pick, pack, and ship execution — while also supporting inventory accuracy and SKU management. Key Responsibilities Client Relations & Order Entry Act as the primary point of contact for customers; guide clients through order placement in the portal. Answer order-related inquiries and provide proactive status updates throughout the fulfillment process. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted operational partner. Fulfillment & Warehouse Coordination Coordinate and participate in pick, pack, and ship operations to fulfill client orders accurately and on time. Verify order accuracy before dispatch; resolve fulfillment discrepancies quickly. Collaborate with warehouse staff to prioritize and stage outbound orders. Communicate special handling instructions and client-specific requirements to the operations team. SKU Creation & Product Setup Create and maintain SKUs in the system, ensuring accurate product descriptions, units of measure, and attributes. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to onboard new products efficiently. Audit existing SKU data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies proactively. Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels across all client accounts; perform routine cycle counts and reconciliations. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. Coordinate replenishment activities and communicate low-stock alerts to clients proactively. Maintain accurate records within the warehouse management system (WMS). Internal Operations Liaison Bridge communication between clients and operations, transportation, and receiving teams. Relay client requirements and special instructions accurately to internal stakeholders. Participate in daily operational huddles and escalate issues as needed. Contribute to process improvement efforts to increase fulfillment efficiency. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or customer service. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or order management platforms. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable working directly with clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Nice to Have Experience in 3PL or fulfillment center environments. Knowledge of shipping carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, freight). Experience with EDI or ERP systems. Background in B2B client account management. Forklift certification or physical warehouse experience.

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
