  • ( 8 AM to 4:30 PM ) or ( 7 am to 3:30 pm ) with OT We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Supply Chain Admin to join our team.
This temporary position offers the possibility of transitioning to a temp-to-hire role in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Create and release purchase orders. Follow up with suppliers regarding estimated times of arrival (ETA). Reconcile credit card expenses. Request quotes from suppliers as necessary. Manage warehouse and maintenance supply needs. Assist with batch closing for production work orders. Receive and process orders using SAP. Create inventory transfers between factories. File documents systematically for easy retrieval.
Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or procurement is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
