As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), you'll work onsite alongside licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide comprehensive speech and language interventions for school-aged children. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or a related discipline, or an AAS degree from an accredited SLPA program Active SLPA certification and licensure as required Strong communication skills for collaborating with staff, students, and parents—even in high-stress or crisis situations Flexibility to travel between buildings throughout the day (as some assignments may occur at multiple school sites) Commitment to providing both direct and indirect services based on students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Enthusiasm for ongoing professional development
