Associate Specialist, Materials Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! Program Summary As part of the
LOGCAP NORTHCOM
scope, KBR provides rapid response support to scheduled and unscheduled U.S. Army training exercises. KBR's LOGCAP team successfully completed another year of support to Warfighter operations by providing typical LOGCAP services at two locations. Job Summary The Associate Materials Specialist performs detailed duties to maintain supply and inventory levels for deployed systems and/or products. Monitors spare part availability, repair turnaround and inventory levels. Answers inquiries regarding order status, availability, required dates, order status, and the like. The Associate Materials Specialist does not have formal supervisory responsibility, no mentoring or advisory responsibilities; accountable for developing own technical contribution. May be assigned to provisioning, inventory management, spares, replenishment and/or return areas. Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression. Roles and Responsibilities Applies general knowledge of industry developed through education or past experience. Begins acquiring disciplinary knowledge within the context of specific DOD, Agency, an/or industry standards and engineering requirements Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems. Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding Develops competence by performing structured work assignments. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Receives instructions, guidance, and direction from others. Analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments. Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) Must possess a valid State Real ID Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline. Typically requires a college or University degree in Business related disciplines that focus on Supply chain, Purchasing and/or Logistics. Related combination of education and experience that provides knowledge and exposure to the fundamental theories, principles, and concepts within the specified discipline Typically requires 0 to 2 years of relevant experience

Basic Compensation:
$33.00/hour The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
