Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00 Our client is seeking an experienced Campaign Supply Planner to lead parts planning activities supporting vehicle campaigns, recalls, and service actions for a major automotive organization. This role is responsible for ensuring parts availability, managing inventory and supplier performance, driving critical supply chain KPIs, and leading a team of planning professionals. Key Responsibilities Lead campaign and recall parts planning activities. Manage inventory levels, purchase orders, fill rates, backorders, and months of supply. Coordinate with OEM stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely parts availability. Monitor forecasts and supply performance to mitigate shortages and excess inventory. Analyze inventory trends and develop improvement strategies. Generate KPI and performance reports for leadership. Drive process improvements across supply planning and inventory management functions. Mentor and develop team members while supporting departmental goals. Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, demand planning, or related supply chain functions. Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus Experience supporting campaigns, recalls, service actions, or complex inventory programs. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Automotive industry experience preferred.
