Job Overview Cross Border Online Supply Chain LLC. is hiring a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support international shipping, e-commerce fulfillment, inventory, and transportation operations. You'll coordinate shipments, documentation, carriers, suppliers, customs partners, and fulfillment teams to keep orders moving accurately and on schedule. What You'll Do Coordinate domestic and international shipments from order processing through delivery. Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, customs brokers, warehouses, and customers. Prepare and maintain BOLs, commercial invoices, packing lists, customs documents, and shipping records. Track shipments, customs clearance, ETAs, delivery status, and potential delays. Support inventory control, replenishment, order fulfillment, and stock reconciliation. Maintain accurate logistics data in ERP, WMS, TMS, and order management systems. Assist with import/export compliance, shipping requirements, and documentation accuracy. Monitor transportation costs and operational performance and help identify process improvements. Work with customer service teams to resolve shipment issues and delivery inquiries. What We're Looking For Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, import/export, or e-commerce fulfillment preferred. Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with

ERP/WMS/TMS

platforms is a plus. Knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping documentation is preferred. E-commerce experience with Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms is a plus.
