About the Role The Logistics Operations Coordinator supports our Operations Leaders with the daily execution of customer freight while helping create the structure necessary for our company to scale. You will work directly inside the operation: entering shipments, coordinating with carriers and drivers, tracking freight, helping with KPIS, maintaining documentation, communicating internally, and identifying problems before they become larger issues. But this position is about more than completing transactions. As you learn the operation, we expect you to think critically about the work you are doing. Where are we losing time? Where are mistakes happening? What information is missing? What could be automated? What process could be simplified? What could make communication between Sales and Operations better? What could allow the company to handle more freight without sacrificing service? Your ideas matter here. Our goal is to build a team where employees do not simply work inside the operation—they help improve it. What You'll Do You will help manage the daily execution of freight by: Entering new shipments accurately into the TMS by creating templates being proactive Reviewing shipment information for missing, incomplete, or conflicting details Preparing and sending rate confirmations and shipment documentation Updating pickup and delivery appointments Tracking shipments and maintaining accurate status updates Communicating routine shipment updates to customers Following up with carriers and drivers Obtaining PODs and required documentation Maintaining organized and complete load records Assisting Operations Leaders with carrier sourcing Communicating with vendors regarding availability and shipment requirements Identifying loads requiring immediate attention Escalating service failures and time-sensitive issues Helping resolve missing information, documentation problems, and operational discrepancies Maintaining strong commun

Pay:

$26.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
