Jurupa Valley, CA Job Details Full-time From $18 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications Road transportation operations Logistics customer service Supply chain transportation management DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations GIS Full Job Description Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch freight loads to drivers Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, brokers, ensuring timely updates on delivery schedules and route adjustments. Monitor GPS and GIS data to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and improve overall road transportation efficiency. Manage phone call inquiries related to shipping & receiving, freight status, and customer service issues with excellent phone etiquette. Maintain accurate data entry of dispatch records, delivery logs, and shipment details while adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during all phases of dispatching.
