Job Duties Assist with gate operations and communicate with outside drivers Use handheld scanners, tablets, and other technology Help maintain a safe and organized yard environment Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Provide professional and positive customer service to drivers Follow safety procedures and company policies Work independently while also being a strong team player Requirements 23+ years of age. Good attendance and punctuality. Will need to stand and walk for long periods of time . Has experience with handheld scanners/tablets. Willing to work in all types of weather conditions Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Safety-oriented. Self-driven. Able to speak and converse with outside drivers (Primarily English; Spanish is a plus). Able to work well with others. Available to work weekends. Positive attitude.
