Job Description

Job Description An employer sitting in Los Angeles, CA is looking to hire an onsite Material Coordinator. This person will be supporting a major utility in Southern California, their work will be diversified amongst various construction projects. He/She will be handling and reviewing bill of materials (between 50 and up to 1,000 line items). He/she will be required to read drawings and redlines related to construction closeout documentation. This person will handle ordering materials through SAP while utilizing Excel and other systems for tracking purchase orders. This will be 40 hours/week on a 12 month contract assignment, with potential to extend surpassed that. This will be paying between $30-45/hour, depending on years of experience and qualifications.   • 1-5+ years of experience within Materials Coordination
  • Experience reading construction drawings, reviewing closeout documentation, utilizing SAP for material ordering
  • Handling purchase orders and experience in Excel
  • Ability to work in DTLA 3-4xdays a week
