- Manage/Organize Employees' files
- Updates Employees' Benefits
- Assist with Timely Onboarding to New Employees from HR
- Assist and Involvement with Company Training Outlines
- Oversee/Report all HR related reports such as department errors logs, employee performance and HR documents
- Review and follow up with Reprimand File
- Assist with handling with Employee Workers' Compensation & Liability Reports Requirement
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience as HR Clerk
- General Knowledge with Federal, State and County Labor Laws
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage workflow and priorities
- Flexible to work in and ever-changing environment
