Entry-Level Production Coordinator (Fashion / Handbags) Monterey Park, CA 91755 From $20 an hour - Full-time From $20 an hour - Full-time About Us Like Dreams is a Los Angeles-based women's handbag brand focused on creating fashion-forward accessories that combine style, functionality, and accessibility. We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Production Coordinator to support our production team and assist in managing the production process of our handbag collections—from coordinating with factories to tracking production timelines and maintaining internal documentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare for internal meetings by organizing samples and maintaining production status reports Create work orders and communicate production instructions to factories Inspect and unpack incoming shipments from factories to verify product accuracy and quality Enter and manage factory purchase orders (POs) and maintain organized records Track production schedules and monitor deadlines to ensure timely completion Communicate with buyers to confirm timelines and share materials such as PP/TOP samples and marketing materials Assist with domestic and international shipping coordination when needed Conduct field research when necessary, including visiting stores to investigate product or merchandising issues Maintain production documentation, reports, and internal tracking systems Requirements Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and production timelines simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills English reading and writing proficiency required (Korean language skills are a plus but not required) Preferred Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in fashion production, accessories production, or a related field Internship or entry-level experience in product development, production coordination, or operations Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and documentation Interest or experience in handbags, accessories, or leather goods production Experience assisting with sample development or quality control (QC) is a plus Experience communicating with buyers or external partners is a plus Compensation Compensation will be discussed during the interview process with the hiring manager, based on experience and qualifications.
