Job Description:
Develop demand forecasts based on sales data, historical trends, and market insights. Plan and execute purchase orders according to demand forecasts and inventory requirements. Manage procurement schedules to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability. Monitor and maintain inventory across U.S. and overseas warehouses through regular cycle counts and audits. Oversee inbound and outbound inventory processes while ensuring inventory accuracy. Analyze inventory performance and prepare regular inventory reports. Coordinate shipment schedules and manage transportation with freight forwarders and carriers. Prepare export documentation and support customs clearance processes. Monitor, analyze, and reconcile logistics and transportation costs. Process and verify sales orders from online and offline sales channels. Support sales operations, returns, warranty (RMA), and after-sales service activities. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer claims by collaborating with internal teams. Provide operational support to warehouse and logistics teams while identifying operational issues. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Drive cost-saving initiatives through data analysis and continuous improvement. Participate in the development and enhancement of logistics and supply chain systems. Recommend and implement new processes, tools, and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency. Requirements Bachelors or Higher Korean / English Bilingual SCM experience preferred.
Total Compensation Salary :
$50,000~55,000

40 hours / week (1 hour lunch time & lunch is provided)
