Job Summary We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, motivated n-Office Cardiology Front Office Schedule Coordinator to join our team. This position is crucial to maintaining efficient operations within our busy cardiology practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical office scheduling, patient communication, and insurance verification. You will be responsible for managing and filling the schedules of multiple physicians and physician assistants; making patient reminder and scheduling calls; and verifying patient benefits. This role requires strong time management skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a solid understanding of office management practices. Among other things, care for our patients and other staff is critical
