As Robotaxi Fleet Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuringthatallour vehicles are inaexcellent conditionat all times, supporting smooth24/7 vehicle operations. Your responsibilities will include vehicle preparation, vehicle inspections, effective lot management, and active collaboration with multiple teams. Success in this role requires an energetic and efficient approach to problem-solving, ownership of responsibilities, and a proactive attitude. What You'll Do
Perform and document vehicle inspections, escalate identified issues to supervisors,technicians and engineers Clean vehicles in compliance with set standards (car wash and minor detailing) Manage vehicles and inventory across multiple locations; safely move and charge vehicles Coordinate with both internal and third-partylogistics providers Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional quality Performadditional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support business operations Perform vehicle inspection and minor maintenance (experience preferred) What You'll Bring
Valid driver's licenserequired Strong work ethic with a proven record of reliability and commitment Proactive team player with the ability to foster collaborative relationships Highly observant and excellent attention to detail Vehicle inspection and minor maintenance experience is preferred This is a safety-critical position which is subject to drug testing requirements per Tesla policy andin accordance with applicable law Overtime is typicalfor this position but not guaranteed Compensation and Benefits
