About the Role As the Event Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Program Lead, Experiential Marketing and Demand Generation, you will help drive Sanas' event strategy across field marketing programs and internal events including major industry conferences, customer and partner events, executive dinners and webinars. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Executive Leadership to create memorable experiences that drive business impact. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires exceptional project management, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. What You'll Do Support execution of Sanas' global event marketing strategy. Plan and manage all aspects of in-person and virtual events from concept through execution. Own event budgets, forecasting, vendor management, contracts, and ROI reporting. Partner with Product Marketing and Demand Generation to develop event messaging, campaigns, and promotional strategies. Work closely with Sales to maximize pipeline generation before, during, and after events. Coordinate executive participation, speaking engagements, customer meetings, and VIP experiences. Manage trade shows, sponsorships, executive roundtables, customer advisory boards, and field events. Lead logistics including venue selection, travel, booth design, collateral, giveaways, shipping, and onsite operations. Measure event performance through attendance, engagement, pipeline creation, influenced revenue, and ROI. Build scalable event processes and playbooks as the company grows. Support internal events including sales kickoffs, company offsites, and leadership meetings. What We're Looking For 5+ years of event marketing or event management experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company. Proven experience managing large-scale conferences and customer-facing executive events. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Executive teams. Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience. Experience managing event budgets and measuring event ROI. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment. Willingness to travel up to 30%. Preferred Qualifications Experience in AI, enterprise software, cloud, communications, or contact center technology. Experience supporting executive speaking engagements and customer events.
