Monday to Friday 1st shift : 8:00am - 4:30pm Overtime is required. Hours will vary based on business needs and may range from 8 to 12 hours per day.

Pay rate:

$20.00 Job description: Review daily backlog/orders based on priority, ensuring 100% of orders ship within window to support customer delivery schedule and outbound transportation plan is optimized. Responsible for keeping operations with steady workflow and advising when work is limited. Evaluate, investigate, and solve allocation and workflow issues to improve efficiency using all knowledge of DC operations Review and create reports as needed to monitor, track, and measure performance on all levels. Consults with supervisors to align on priorities to create and release waves. Investigates and resolves aging waves/orders. Coordinates with Distribution Management, Customer Service, and Logistics to provide follow up on order statuses, resolve customer order issues, process special request, and provide swift and correct feedback Assist outbound associates in resolving issues with orders by answering questions, investigating problems, and coordinating with other functional groups as needed. Support and assist the distribution center with administration duties and covering for warehouse labor as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School or GED required Associate's degree or two years of equivalent experience. Minimum six months in a warehouse or distribution environment. MS Office skills include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint as well as data entry and typing ability. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions produced manuals and to write routine reports and correspondence.
