Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), and other logistics partners to secure optimal rates and service levels. Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and CRM software to track shipments, update clients on status, and maintain accurate data entry records. Negotiate rates and terms with carriers and service providers to maximize cost efficiency while maintaining high service standards. Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance standards for all shipments. Collaborate with sales teams on lead generation, account management, and client communication to grow our logistics services portfolio. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues proactively, and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication. Requirements Proven experience in supply chain management, transportation management systems (TMS), freight forwarding logistics, or related logistics roles. Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, shipping logistics, customs procedures, and trade compliance standards. Familiarity with freight brokerage operations, NVOCC services, air freight logistics, and 3PL solutions. Proficiency in CRM software (Customer Relationship Management), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and data entry tasks. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to account management and client relationship building. Ability to coordinate multiple shipments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and internal collaboration across departments.
